The Model


The price of the evaluation depends on how many people you are assessing. Once signed off, we send the online SmartQuestionnaire© to everyone being assessed. When completed, we produce a personalised report against your specific job role which predicts how likely a success they will be, and also uncovers specific areas for personal development. This means you know exactly who you are employing. The behavioural data we collect from the SmartQuestionnaire© can be used to create multiple different reports that will help support an employee throughout their time with a company.


The Onboarding Process


Once you have selected the “right person”, we can run further reports that each offer a personalised user manual of sorts. The first details how to effectively lead them, which in turn increases engagement and therefore retention. The second is a full Personalised Development Plan which identifies the key areas for development that will improve their performance and enjoyment of the role. This establishes a more collaborative and beneficial relationship between the company and employee.


Using a combination of the two reports, you ensure that the relationship between an employee and their new employer stays healthier and more productive


Integrating With Your Process


Many businesses will have a recruitment company, and while we can work alongside them if required, we are quite easily capable of working without their involvement. Before you bring someone into an interview, we can evaluate them to see if they’re fit for the position from the outset. Once they are approved, we create an interview questionnaire bespoke to that person. Beginning with a couple of positive questions to relax the interview, the rest are then ordered by importance. The entire process slots seamlessly into your own and - provided you pay attention to the data we provide you - will result in much more successful and long-lasting hiring and employment.
